I’m a counsellor in practicum practicing under supervision.
I offer a grounded and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings — even the conflicting or ambivalent ones — in a way that actually feels safe and real.
How I Work
I take a person-centred, mindful approach, walking alongside you with curiosity and care. You’re the expert on your life; I’m here to notice, reflect, and support you in finding clarity and balance. In our sessions, we might explore:
- The different feelings or “parts” of you that show up in challenging moments — including those that might feel conflicted or ambivalent
- Patterns in relationships or life transitions
- Stress, overwhelm, or inner conflict
- Ways to feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself
My Approach
I draw from:
- Person-centred counselling — creating a safe space where you are heard and respected
- CBT-informed tools — noticing how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours interact
- Trauma-aware practice — moving at a pace that feels safe
- Parts-informed work — exploring the different aspects of yourself with curiosity and compassion
